»CF Industries
6209 County Road 663
Wachula, Fl 33873
863-375-4321

CF Industries is a global leader in fertilizer manufacturing and distribution, the second largest nitrogen fertilizer producer in the world and the third largest phosphate fertilizer producer among public companies. CF Industries owns and operates world-scale nitrogen and phosphate plants and serves agricultural and industrial customers through its best-in-class distribution system.

In 2010, CF Industries acquired Terra Industries Inc. Following this acquisition, CF Industries is positioned as a nitrogen bellwether in the global fertilizer industry and the premier nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer manufacturer in North America.

Founded in 1946 as a fertilizer brokerage operation by a group of regional agricultural cooperatives, CF Industries grew by expanding its distribution capabilities and diversifying into fertilizer manufacturing. Through 2002, the company operated as a typical supply cooperative. However, in 2003, in response to changing market conditions, it adopted a new business model that established financial performance, rather than the traditional cooperative charge of providing an assured supply of product to its owners, as its principal objective.

In 2005, an Initial Public Offering completed the company’s transition and established CF Industries Holdings, Inc. as a public company. Its common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CF.”

In September of 2006, the company established its new Corporate Vision and Corporate Values, identifying its long-term aspirations and driving values.

The company is headquartered in Deerfield, IL, a suburb of Chicago. Through its CF Industries, Inc. subsidiary, it operates seven nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing complexes in the central U.S. region and Canada; phosphate mining and production operations in Central Florida; and a network of fertilizer distribution terminals and warehouses, located primarily in major grain-producing states in the U.S. Midwest. It also owns a 50 percent interest in KEYTRADE AG, a global fertilizer trading company headquartered in Switzerland, as well as 50% of joint ventures in the United Kingdom and The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. CF Industries, Inc. employs approximately 2400 people. CF Industries adheres to stringent security standards at all of its operations.

»Badcock and More
P. O Box 497
Mulberry, FL 33860
863.425.4921

The W.S. Badcock Corporation (WSBC) is one of the largest privately-owned home furniture retailers in the United States. Founded in 1904, WSBC has been operating for 104 years.

WSBC is headquartered in Mulberry, Florida, and employs more than 1,200 corporate employees. There are more than 300 Badcock stores in eight states which offer customers a full range of furniture, bedding, appliances, electronics, accessories and floor coverings.

More than 80% of our stores are individually owned through our unique dealership business model. Because we consign all of our merchandise to the dealers and do not require a franchise fee, our model offers the benefits of business ownership and allows for a quicker start-up than the traditional franchise system.

As we celebrate the growth and achievements of the past 100 years, we also continue to look toward the future, and in recent years have undergone significant expansion and modernization plans both in-store and online.
In 2000, we developed a new store concept called Badcock &more that includes a product line of more than 4,000 items; a brighter, more spacious store display; and a new logo.

While the philosophy "Badcock will treat you right" stays the same, we introduced the new concept to better serve our existing customers and to appeal to a broader customer base. Of the stores that have converted, most have seen at least a 20 percent sales increase.

In 2003, we developed a new dealer contract to uphold new operating standards and enhance the long-term growth opportunities for our dealers. Today, we continue our expansion with plans to target new dealers throughout the Southeast,  including Kentucky and West Virginia, which to date are untapped markets.

»Lakeland Electric
501 East Lemon Street
Lakeland, FL 33801
863.834.9535

A great deal has changed here in Lakeland since we purchased our hometown electric utility. However, one thing has remained the same. Lakeland Electric was built on core values that have remained constant, yet facilitated exciting technological, environmental and economic advances within our community.

As one of the nation`s more than 2,000 public power systems, our goal is to provide electricity as a public service in a caring, yet business-like manner and at a reasonable cost. We are committed to exceeding the expectations of our customers, who are also our family members, neighbors and friends.

Lakeland Electric is the third largest public power utility in the State of Florida.  The utility is also one of the first utilities established in Florida having started operation in 1889.  Today, power is generated at Lakeland Electric’s two main power plants, the 941-megawatt McIntosh Power Plant and the 176-megawatt Larsen Power Plant. McIntosh Power Plant houses one of the most efficient coal-fired generation facilities in the southeast and one of the most efficient combined cycle natural gas generators in the nation.  These generators help us offer our customers safe, reliable power at some of the best prices in the state.  Based on Florida Municipal Electric Association data, Lakeland Electric’s residential rates are the second lowest in the state and the lowest in Florida for large commercial users.

Our commitment to Lakeland goes beyond “keeping the lights on.” We are dedicated to making life easier and more enjoyable for all of our customers.  Lakeland Electric – Powered for Life!
