Porch Pirate, Davenport
December 17, 2019

Sit back children, as we tell you the tale of the Loughman Looter, a porch pirate who plundered a package in the William’s Preserve neighborhood of Davenport.

Twas a windy, gloomy December day…the 11th of the month…just before 5pm.

A package had been delivered on a doorstep less than two hours before.
And then she came… the Loughman Looter.

She was delivered by her Chariot O’ Crime, a dark blue or green SUV which stopped in front of the victim’s residence. The Loughman Looter leapt from the passenger side of her thief-wagon and ran toward the porch, covering her face as she grabbed the package on the doorstep.

The woman ran back to the SUV and jumped in as it started to flee.

This Loughman Looter is no fool…a thief, yes, but not a fool. She masked her mug because so many people have cameras these days, and our victim is one of them. The victim provided video that showed the Loughman Looter in action.

The Loughman Looter appears to be thin with blond hair…maybe reddish.
She had a cohort in crime…the driver.

Unfortunately, our story has no ending. It has a cliff-hanger.

Will the Loughman Looter strike again? Will someone step forward with an identity of this porch-pirate? If you want to help write the end to this story by putting an end to this woman’s shenanigans, please call Detective Staton at (863) 236-3928, or if you wish to remain anonymous, contact Heartland Crime Stoppers - call 1-800-226 TIPS (8477), visit the website www.heartlandcrimestoppers.com and click on "Submit A Tip," or download the free "P3tips" app on your smartphone or tablet. Theft, Walmart, Winter Haven
December 11, 2019

Winter Haven Police Department:
When your accomplice forgets there's a camera at the entrance...
On 12-4-19, the two males in the video entered Walmart (7450 Cypress Gardens Blvd) with one obviously trying to duck the cameras. The other guy - not so much. They walked through the store and the man in the white jacket hangs around the register where the cigarettes are displayed. No clerk around, so ultimately he goes behind the counter and picks up two cases of cigarettes. After placing them on the conveyor belt, he walks away and moments later they both retrieve the boxes and waltz out. This time they both remembered the cameras.
Anyone who knows the identity of either man is asked to call Detective Lango at 863-401-2256. Or to remain anonymous, call Heartland Crime Stoppers at 1-800-226-TIPS (8477). Callers are guaranteed anonymity and could be eligible for a cash reward.
